In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, parsley, basil, oregano, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
  • Step 2
  • Mix Avocado, salsa, and yogurt
  • Step 3
  • The burgers are sautéed first in a pan 5 minutes, then wrapped in silver foil and finished in the oven at 400o. This keeps the meat juicy.
  • Step 4
At the final add the salad and the onion ring. To top each burger with a slice of cheese and an onion ring. Spread each bun with the avocado mix. Serve

Chef’s tips: The meat was bought at Ralph’s it was on sale at $0.99 a pound. The ground beef bought in-store has to be cooked well done to avoid any problem.
