Ingredients

  • • 1.5 lbs (680g) baby potatoes, halved
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary leaves, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
  • Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Roast the potatoes in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown on the outside and tender on the inside. Flip the potatoes halfway through to ensure even roasting.
  • Remove the roasted potatoes from the oven and transfer them to a serving dish.
  • Garnish with a few fresh rosemary leaves for extra aroma and presentation.
  • Serve the rosemary garlic roasted potatoes as a delightful side dish to accompany your main course. The fragrant and savory combination of rosemary and garlic will make these potatoes an instant favorite!

Today, I woke up ready to proceed in my functions as a butler for Mr.S the king of shopping centers. Whoooah…, this was twenty years ago. It’s funny as you might dream of long-time passed events, and wake up thinking you are still way back twenty years ago. How in the world did I ever become a Majord’Homo? From the owner of the most successful restaurant in Los Angeles to end up working in rich homes? That’s a great story in itself, would anyone care? probably not. This is why I wrote a journal, with all the major events, to be able to tell the stories of those five years that Stella and I spent working in the homes of the super-rich and famous. I’ll talk more about all those events in our coming Podcast. When I say we, I mean Stella and I. Stay tuned if you want actual scoop of this hidden world.
