Ginger Stir-Fry

Garlic Ginger Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

A one-pounder boneless chicken breast cut into bite-size

2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced

garlic 4 cloves minced

2 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon honey

1 red pepper sliced

2 table spoons brocolli

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil

2 green onions chopped in quarters

cooked rice to accompany the dish

Steps

Prepare the sauce:

1 Mix soy sauce, and honey, and set aside

2 Stir-Fry the chicken, heat the olive oil, add the chicken until they are brown, and set aside

3 Cook the Vegetables, in the pan used for the chicken add minced garlic and ginger, and saute for about 1 minute. add the pepper and broccoli and stir for 3-4 minutes, until the veggies are tender-crisp.

4 Combine the sauce over the mixture and stir coat all evenly

5 Finish by drizzling with sesame oil over the stir-fry, remove from heat

6 Garnish with chopped green onions and serve over cooked rice.
