Don’t become prey to hackers
OMG. I am speechless. All I will say is Wow Wow Wow. Some individuals are creating fake Email Accounts using brand names and pretending to be from a well-known bank, or even from your personal bank (they might have bought stolen emails from hackers who have accessed banks’ own data, without the banks even knowing they have been hacked. Overwhelming, but you need to stop worrying, control yourself, you are in control.
Watch for emails offering new “marketing services” that ask for payments through apparent official links to your own bank. If you click the link, you are in trouble; it might be malware.
Your bank will never ask you to pay for services through links or unofficial channels.
Do not respond to or trust any emails asking for payment or personal details from unknown sources.
Verify everything
If you receive such emails:
Do not click on any links or make payments.
Verify the sender’s email address carefully.
Report suspicious emails immediately to your bank support email or call them directly.
Anyway, watch out for those leeches who want to suck some of your blood. Good Luck!
