Montbazillac

Thanks to this microscopic mushroom the Botrytis cinerea, will transform the grapes in magnific liquorous sugars. Monbazillac since the 17th century with its passionate and stubborn winemakers. Cave de Monbazillac Monbazillac Grande Réserve 2017

Monbazillac is an Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée (AOC) for sweet white wine. Produced in the village of Monbazillac on the left bank of the Dordogne, across from the town of Bergerac in South West France. The appellation covers 4,900 acres of vineyards. The grape varieties Sémillon, Sauvignon blanc and Muscadelle are used for Monbazillac.
