1 During hot days improve your productivity. Eat healthy snacks 3 to 4 hours rather  than a few heavy meals to prevent midday fatigue.

2 If you are undecided about your next move, here is an easy and simple way to decide with savvy: There is always the “coin flip.” This high impact move will dramatically improve your way to look at life.

3 While traveling, on the back of most TVs there is a USB port where you can charge your phone if you forgot an adapter.

4 Be a social well adapted participant to any group. Do not just wait for your turn to speak. Truly listen to understand what others are saying.

5 Stay hydrated: Drink at lest one liter and half of water per day.

6 Consistent sleep: Go to bed and wake up around the same time daily to maximize energy.
