This is a varietal 100% Chardonnay from five different terroirs of Beaune. Grape od each “climat” are vinified separately then blended. This process preserves the character of each “terroir.” Harvest is done in small lots of 13 kg by hand, and each grape is carefully hand sorted. There are two steps for pressing. The first to extract the first juice. Then the second pressing in two-hours cycles. Fermentation is followed by 9 to 10 months of aging in French Oaks barrels. Then a final of 3 to 4 months in stainless steel vats.

Tasting: Pale/gold color with green highlights. The nose is full of fresh fruits, candied citrus aromas some ginger flakes. The mouth encounters oak and dried fruit. an enjoyable wine. Rating 92
